We’re happy to provide meet day coaching and handling services to powerlifters of all stripes, whether your coach is from Timbuktu or Auckland and you’re competing in Wellington. Just give us a holler a few weeks out from competition to confirm our availability.

Our pricing is as flexible as our lifters – it’ll depend on where the competition is and whether we’re already planning on attending. But trust us, our services are worth every penny. With our expert coaching, you’ll be hitting those PRs and dominating the competition in no time.

Weight Cut Protocols

If you’re a powerlifter, you know the agony of trying to make weight for a competition. But fear not, my friend! We’re here to help you navigate the treacherous waters of weight cutting like a pro.

With our extensive knowledge and first-hand experience of weight cutting protocols, we’ll help you shed those extra pounds without sacrificing strength or performance. Give us at least two weeks notice to formulate a plan and come up with your specific strategies and we’ll have you feeling like a million bucks come competition day. And don’t worry, we’ll also help you with rehydration and refeed strategies on the day.
